How your data is used
Interview Ready is run by LUUBA Services. Here's what happens to what you put in.
What we keep
Your email, name and a scrambled copy of your password; the CVs and job adverts you add; the reviews, your practice answers and the feedback.
Who sees it
Only you, when signed in. LUUBA's admin page shows how many reviews and practices each account has used, not what's in them.
AI
To write your review, run the interview and score it, the relevant CV, advert and answers are sent to Claude, an AI made by Anthropic. LUUBA uses Anthropic's business service, and Anthropic doesn't train its models on data sent that way.
Where it lives
On LUUBA's own computer in the UK, not a public cloud service, with a nightly backup kept on the same machine and in LUUBA's iCloud Drive. Your answers and feedback are sent to Claude while they're being written, and are not used to train it.
Who else can see it
Nobody, unless you make a share link yourself from a job. You choose whether your CV goes with it, and you can switch the link off at any time. LUUBA's admin pages show counts only: how many reviews and practices an account has used, never what's in them.
How long it's kept, and deleting it
A job you haven't touched for two years is deleted automatically, with its practices and feedback. You can delete a job, a CV, or your whole account and everything in it from the Account page at any time, and that is immediate and permanent. You can also download everything we hold on you from the same page.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data (the download does this), ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think it's been handled badly. Email jasmine@luubaservices.com.
AI makes mistakes
The review and feedback are practice aids, not a guarantee of how a real employer will judge you. Check suggested CV wording is true before you use it.
